Every line below is something we have built and shipped, not a capability list. Where an engagement is under confidentiality we describe the work rather than name the client.
The software your business runs on
Customer facing apps, field and operations tools, admin consoles, and the billing underneath them. We have built a universal gym membership platform with a member app, a check in portal, an admin console and billing, and a bilingual English and Arabic manufacturing site end to end.

AI that does work, not demos
Assistants and agents wired into real operations with a human approval gate on anything irreversible. Madar OS is our own: a memory graph of the business, specialist departments, and a permission ring that stops every send, post and payment until a person says yes. We run our own companies on it daily.
Typically: context encoding, connector wiring, approval design, evaluation before trust.
Boring infrastructure, deliberately
Encrypted data rooms, access control, audit logs, backups that have been restored rather than merely scheduled. A backup nobody has restored is a hope, not a backup, so we prove it before we call it done.
Typically: access model, audit trail, backup and restore drill, disaster recovery plan.

Architecture decisions, vendor selection, security programmes, and running engineering when you need someone accountable rather than another agency. We act as technology advisor and build lead to a platform business in Oman, leading development across mobile apps, an operations console and secure infrastructure.
Typically: monthly advisory, architecture review, vendor and hiring decisions, escalation cover.

We are not a body shop. We take responsibility for an outcome, not for filling a seat on your org chart.

One agreed number, split into stages. An open meter rewards the wrong things and neither of us should want it.
