AI Founder Hub platform
The platform behind AI Founder Hub, the Dubai based AI education community Ahmed cofounded: landing, course checkout with local payments, masterclass registration and mentor session booking. Ahmed designed and built the product, with backend engineering by cofounder Zain Ul Abaideen.
Madar OS, our AI operating system
Our assistant grew into an operating system, a TSB Labs product. One brain with a persistent memory graph of the business, a bench of forty seven specialist roles, and runtime search over a library of 89,000 skills it looks up instead of installs. Since September it runs on its own server rather than a laptop: close the lid and it still answers on the phone, books and cancels meetings through the calendar, and copies its database to object storage every night, a copy we prove by restoring it. Hosting costs nothing. It runs its own CRM, sales and follow up lanes as self healing supervised services, every sensitive action passes a permission ring, and we run TSB Labs on it daily, which is how we know what we sell actually works. Madar POS, cashier and stock for grocers
The second product on the Madar platform. A cashier screen that works with any USB barcode scanner and an 80 or 58 mm receipt printer; stock that warns the owner before a shelf runs out, with the supplier's number and a ready written WhatsApp order; customer and supplier credit, expiry dates and receipts in Arabic and English. It keeps selling when the internet drops and sends every sale on when the line is back, each recorded once. Prices, totals, VAT and stock are worked out by rules in each shop's own database, never guessed by a model, and the owner keeps Madar's assistant. The scanner, the printer and an outage are tested by machine, typing at scanner speed and printing every kind of receipt.
Luqma, surplus food marketplace
Ahmed's own product: a late night surplus food marketplace for Muscat. Venues list 40-80% off deals that go live on their own schedule each night; members discover them in the app and redeem with one Wallet pass at the counter. Zero commission for vendors, by design. Freshly upgraded with a full customer app plus vendor and admin consoles.
