Bank transfer is available for any amount and is usually the cheapest route for larger invoices. We do not publish our account details on a public page, because published details get scraped and reused in invoice fraud against the people who trust us.

Send us the invoice reference and we will reply with the account details and a matching invoice, normally the same working day.

• Check the reference. Every TSB Labs invoice carries a code in the form TSB-INV-YYYY-NNN. If a payment request reaches you without one, or the account details differ from what we sent you directly, stop and call before paying.
• For most invoices, bank transfer is the simpler route. Paying in cryptocurrency means the processor verifies your identity first, which is worth it only if you already hold the coin.
• We never ask for payment details by email or over a call, and we will never ask you to change bank details by message alone.
• Crypto checkout is hosted by NOWPayments. The transaction happens on their secure page and never touches ours.
