Three ways in
Madar OS
Software gives you tools. Madar OS gives you staff. A team of AI departments that knows your clients, your pricing rules and your brand voice, works around the clock, and asks permission before anything irreversible. We run our own company on it.
Founder OS
For a solo founder or small business. A personal assistant plus two departments of your choice, email wired in, and a monthly tune up.
Business OS
The full department team, Mission Control, email and WhatsApp wired in, and a monthly evolution sprint where the system learns your latest rules and priorities. Priority support within one working day.
Enterprise OS
Private deployment on your own infrastructure, custom integrations into your ERP and CRM, compliance and confidentiality by design, and a service agreement with same day response.
Platforms, apps and AI builds
Every build is quoted as a whole after one scoping call, because a fixed price on a guess helps nobody. What follows is what we build, not a menu of hours.
Web platform or website
From a fast bilingual marketing site through to a full platform with accounts, payments and an operations console behind it. Built to be searched, measured and handed over.
Mobile application
Customer apps, field and technician apps, check in portals. Delivered with the admin console and billing backend that make them a business rather than a demo.
AI system or agent build
Agents that handle recurring work end to end, with approvals and guardrails, wired into the mail, calendar, files and data you already use. Built on your systems, not a new stack you have to adopt.
Technology advisory and embedded leadership
Acting as your technology advisor and build lead: owning architecture and security, leading the development team, and advising on product and business strategy. Advisor rather than staff.
Advisory with Ahmed
Founders and leadership teams who have outgrown the way they currently run. Practical rather than reflective, and every session ends with something decided.
Advisory session
Sixty minutes on the system you are stuck inside: the offer, the operating rhythm, the work you are still carrying that a system should carry. Online or in person.
Advisory block, six sessions
Run fortnightly across a quarter, which is the span where a system actually changes rather than just gets discussed. Below the single session rate.
Training and speaking
Hands on workshops built on the participants' own work. People leave with something built and running, not with notes.
Executive briefing, half day or panel
A short session for leadership and decision makers, a conference session, or a panel. Enough to change what the room does on Monday morning.
Workshop day
A full day, hands on, built on the team's real work. Includes preparation tuned to the audience and materials participants keep.
Full program
Spread across weeks and tuned by department, so sales trains on their pipeline, finance on their close, operations on their workflows.
Settling
Cryptocurrency, or bank transfer
Bank transfer, with a referenced invoice. Request the invoice and we send the account details and a TSB-INV reference the same working day; your slot is confirmed when the transfer lands. Cryptocurrency is available on request for clients who already hold it.
If you would rather pay by bank transfer, or your finance team needs a formal invoice first, request one and we will send it the same working day. Card payments are not enabled yet, and we will add them when they genuinely work rather than before.
Before you commit
- The first conversation is free. Twenty minutes to work out which of the above you actually need, and to tell you honestly if it is none of them.
- Bring the actual problem. Advisory sessions are working sessions on your real operation. The more concrete you are, the more the hour is worth.
- Scoped items get a fixed price, not an hourly meter, agreed in writing before anything starts.
- Some engagements are under confidentiality, so client work is described by type rather than by name. References are available privately on request.
- Every invoice carries a TSB-INV reference. If a payment request reaches you without one, or the details differ from what we sent you directly, stop and call before paying.
